The TSPPA Spring Swing 2026 begins March 2nd in Fort Wayne, March 3rd in Indianapolis, March 4th in Louisville, and March 5th in Cincinnati!

Exhibitor Fee: $450 for TSPPA Members and $600 for Non-Members.

This fee includes one table/floor space and a boxed lunch. Table length varies by venue. One table = one 8' table or one rolling rack or display = 8' empty space. You can add additional 8' table(s)/floor space for $100 each 8', electric for $25, and table covers for $20 during registration.

Exhibitor Policies & Procedures:

TSPPA membership dues must be current to receive the member discount.
Show payment must be received 14 days in advance to participate.
Cancellations must be made in writing to reagan@tsppa.com.
- 100% refund as a credit if canceled 90 days in advance of the show.
- 50% refund as a credit if canceled 45 days in advance of the show.
- If canceled less than 30 days in advance, no refund or credits will be issued.
- The board will review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.
No pricing, marketing materials, or business cards may be given to end-users attending the shows. Attendees will wear color-coded lanyards with name badges to distinguish between distributors and end-users.
